Mock Interview Drills

Placement cell of ABIE organized the mock interview drill series for the students of B.Ed 2^nd year. The purpose of these Mock drills was to provide job seekers an opportunity to practice, receive feedback and improve their skills and helping them to learn how to answer difficult questions, develop interview strategies, improve their communication skills and reduce stress before an actual job interview.

Placement cell of Al-Barkaat Institute of Education, Aligarh organized these “Mock interview Drills” on every Saturday to enhance students interview skills and confidence.

B.Ed student of 2^nd year appeared in these drills. Dr Rubina Shahnaz (principal ABIE) Mr. Himanshoo. K. Sharma, Mrs.Shagufta, Dr Tabassum Qamar, Dr shazia Amani and Dr Afshan Anees were in the interview panel of Mock drill. They evaluated the students on the basis of their presentation, subject knowledge, confidence, general awareness and their method of teaching and also gave suggestion for further improvement.

Students of B.Ed 1^st year and M.Ed interns also attended the demo session of Mock Drill.
